LEAD GENERATOR – A one-off service which provides an agreed number of sales leads which are contacted and followed up entirely by the client.

DATABASE AND HISTORY CLEANUP – Most companies have a list (manual or electronic) of old customers or contacts who, for various reasons, they have lost contact with. We can work through these, get in touch and provide up to date contact details, whether they still sub-contract etc.

SUPPORT ON DEMAND – We are available to visit customers on a daily rate basis if required. This is particularly useful if you have site visits, complaints etc and have limited resources available for travel.

CREDIT CONTROL - Some of our clients also outsource their credit control. Credit control requires a number of the same skills as sales and we find our approach is more persuasive than the traditional methods. If you have better things to do than chase payment, maybe we can help.
